Cancellation Policy

Reservation cancellation notice or requests for modification of this Agreement (such as Rental Period changes or the number of guests) must be made IN WRITING, and emailed or mailed to the Owner. If the cancellation notice is received by Owner more than 90 days prior to the commencement of the Rental Period, any prepaid amount will be refunded. Failure to provide 90 days advanced notice of cancellation will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid to Owner. The purchase of Trip Insurance is recommended to all guests. This policy is firm as our guests often book twelve months or longer in advance and we do not have the ability to re-rent the property on short notice.
